Today I went to L & D for sharp pains/contractions that lasted all afternoon and didn't subside with rest, water, etc. Spent 4 hours having tests done, an IV, and being monitored. Everything came back normal and I was sent home. 'Pregnancies are too close together, this one might be more painful.'

Baby #2, Appointment

Today was a regular dr appt for the baby. Heart rate was 147, as its most consistent---this baby likes to move! Ultrasound looks perfect. Baby is in the 51%ile for growth at 12 ounces.

Baby #2, Ultrasound

Ultrasound today...baby is perfectly healthy. Weighed approximately 12 oz. measurements showed 20w4d or so. Which is almost exact for the new due date. Heart rate was approximately 144 today. And the gender is sealed secretly in an envelope just like big sister Hadleigh's was! :)

Dr appt today went well. This baby is very active and is hard to get a good heart rate reading on. Bounced from 54-190!

Grandparents Day! Football Sunday! Mailed the Taylors envelopes with different dates and a final envelope with the ultrasound picture. The Emma's were over for football Sunday. Got balloons (pink, blue and a baby) and hung the ultrasound picture from the string as Liz carried Hadleigh downstairs wearing a big sister t-shirt.

First dr appt for baby number 2 today. Ultrasound shows baby measuring large for LMP, therefore the dr moved the due date up a week. New due date is March 25, 2013. Due to the closeness of labors, it'll be another c-section.
